3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

Your profile information (display name, age, photos, bio, interests, city) is visible to other users of the Service as part of the matching and discovery features. Messages and call content are shared only with the specific users you communicate with.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

Agora — Powers real-time voice calls, video calls, and in-app messaging. Agora processes audio/video streams and message content to deliver these features. See Agora's Privacy Policy.
Payment Processors — Google Play and Apple App Store process your payments. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Cloud Infrastructure Providers — Host our servers and store your data securely.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

Call and message content is not permanently stored on our servers after delivery, except as required for moderation of reported content.

Access & Update: You can view and update your profile information at any time within the App.
Delete Photos: You can remove your photos through the profile settings.
Delete Account: You can delete your account through Settings in the App. This will permanently remove your profile and associated data.

6.2 Communications

Block Users: You can block any user to prevent them from contacting you or seeing your profile.
Report Users: You can report inappropriate behavior through the in-app reporting feature.
Notifications: You can manage notification preferences in the App settings.

6.3 Additional Rights (EEA/UK/California Residents)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights including:
